Our #1 priority is to make sure our clothes make you & your little ones happy! Returns and Exchanges will be accepted in the following cases:
- If you are not 100% satisfied with your merchandise, have ordered the wrong size, or have any other issue or concern please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product. We will work with you on finding a mutually acceptable solution that involves either replacing the item(s) in question or issuing a refund.
- Any returned merchandise must be received in its original condition (unwashed and unworn with hangtags attached), or in its original box.
- If you have received your order with damages, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the order for a return or exchange. You must receive authorization from customer service prior to returning the order. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
If you are looking for a replacement, we will gladly exchange the product at no charge. However, the buyer is responsible for return shipping fees. We suggest you send your returns via a trackable shipment method.
If you are returning merchandise that is defective, you will be provided with a printable shipping label to cover the cost of your return shipping upon customer service approval.
All returns are handled within seven business days of receipt at our warehouse. Please allow up to 30 days for the credit to appear on your billing statement. Original Shipping fees are not refundable.
Goods discounted more than 50% are not eligible for returns.
Please note that if the item purchased from Gigi & Lucy was a gift, then our team will be unable to issue a refund to anyone other than the person who originally placed the order at our online shop. You may request a Gigi & Lucy store credit or exchange by indicating that the item was a gift. Please be sure to include your name, address, and phone number as well as the name and address of the person who placed the order with Gigi & Lucy.
