Spring is in the air! The long and gray winter nights has come to a close, melting of the ice and thawing of the ground. Spring is a time for new beginnings, making choices and taking inspired actions. It is when the light of day begins to brighten from the barren darkness of winter. This is the perfect season of hope and being reborn, where flowers are blooming, trees begin to grow, and animals wake up from their hibernation. It also brings much-needed light and heat, where temperatures slowly begin to warm and we want to go outside and enjoy the days.

Now that it is officially springtime, bask in the sun and get a daily dose of natural Vitamin D. There are a lot of activities in store for you this glorious time of year!
